Leben und Lieben

For many years, the Leben & Lieben Institute has been offering tantra seminars, workshops, retreats, and tantra massage training in Switzerland and Bali. The program is aimed at individuals and couples who want to deepen their self-awareness, relationship skills, and emotional security through mindful body and consciousness work. The focus is on structured, trauma-sensitive processes that promote awareness, presence, and body experience and take place in a safe, respectful setting. The program includes seminars such as “Tantra 4 Cycles,” seminars for couples and women, as well as in-depth modules on tantra massage and personal development. The tantric massage training is structured according to the quality standards of the Swiss Tantric Massage Association and teaches technical, ethical, and practical skills for professional practice.
