Michèle Brand supports people in Zurich with issues relating to sexuality, relationships, and community using a body-oriented, trauma-sensitive approach. In her sessions, she creates a slow, safe, and at the same time courageous space in which people of all sexual orientations can somatically explore their desires, boundaries, and relationship experiences. She works with methods from somatics, tantra, gene keys, human design, systemic constellation work, and ThetaHealing, and understands sexuality as part of a more conscious, freer culture of living beyond patriarchal and other systems of oppression. The goal is to develop more self-love, embodiment, and radical honesty in contact with oneself and others, and to gradually transform old patterns of shame and trauma. Michèle brings extensive training in trauma healing, bodywork, and conscious community building to the table and promotes somatic self-determination.
